Mazishi ya Nelson Mandela yanaendelea katika kijiji cha Qunu katika mkoa wa Eastern Cape.




Mazishi ya Nelson Mandela yanaendelea katika kijiji cha Qunu katika mkoa wa Eastern Cape na kumaliza wiki moja ya maombolezi ya shujaa wa Afrika mwendazake Nelson Mandela.

      Takriban watu 4,500 ikiwemo wageni wa kimataifa wanahudhuria mazishi hayo ambayo ni ya mchanganyiko wa tamaduni za kale na mambo ya kisasa.
Familia ya Mandela ilikesha wakijiandaa kwa mazishi ya leo huku kukiwa na muimbaji ambaye atakuwa anaita mizimu ya mababu wa kale na pia wakiongelesha mwili wa Mandela kumwambia kuwa sasa anazikwa. Ni kuambatana na tamaduni na mila za watu wa ukoo wa Mandela wa Thembu.
     Viongozi wa Afrika, familia na marafiki wametoa heshima zao za mwisho kwa hayati Nelson Mandela katika mazishi yake ya kitaifa katika kijiji cha Qunu katika mkoa wa Cape Mashariki. Mandela alikuwa rais wa kwanza mzalendo wa Afrika Kusini.
Rais Jacob Zuma amesema kuwa wakati safari ndefu ya Mandela kuelekea uhuru imekwisha, raia wa Afrika Kusini wana jukumu la kuendeleza sera zake na urithi wake.

MBUNGE wa Chadema na Naibu Kiongozi wa Kambi Rasmi ya Upinzani Bungeni, Zitto Kabwe amesema hawezi kufanya maamuzi magumu ya kutoka ndani ya chama hicho kwa kile kilichotokea ndani ya chama hicho. Amesema yeye atakuwa wa mwisho kutoka Chadema na si vinginevyo.

Zitto ameyatoa hayo leo katika mkutano na waandishi wa habari jijini Dar es Salaam alipokuwa anazungumzia maamuzi ya Kamati Kuu ya Chadema ya kumvua nafasi zake zote za uongozi yeye pamoja na Mjumbe wa Kamati Kuu ya chama hicho Dk. Kitilla Mkumbo na aliyekuwa Mwenyekiti wa Chadema Mkoa Arusha Samson Mwigamba.
 Zitto amekana kuhusika wala kuujua waraka wa siri ambao ndiyo uliosababisha kumvua madaraka baada ya uamuzi wa Kamati Kuu ya chama kuunasa waraka huo
"Mimi nimeusikia ule waraka kwa mara ya kwanza kwenye Kamati Kuu na nilisikitika sana kwanini hukunifikia haraka kwani ningeanza kutekeleza mara moja." alisema Zitto akizungumza.
Huenda leo watu walitegemea nitafanya maamuzi magumu ya kuondoka kwenye chama; "Mimi bado ni mwanachama wa Chadema na nitakuwa wa mwisho kutoka kwenye chama hiki kwa hiyari yangu, nitafanya taratibu zote za chama kuhitimisha jambo hili mimi sitoki kwenye chama hiki labda wanitoe wao," alisema Zitto.
Zitto alisema anaumia sana anapotuhumiwa kwa kuwa yeye ni binadamu. "...ninapotuhumiwa naumia ninapoambiwa naujumu chama hiki naumia kwa kuwa nakipenda chama na nimekitumikia muda mrefu. Aidha aliwataka viongozi wa Chadema kuacha siasa za uzushi ili kujenga chama himara na kuwakomboa Watanzania.

How To Have A Boy Or Girl?..Eat The baby boy diet and Eat The baby girl diet.



   I believe that we end up with the child that we're meant to have. That said, here are a few changes both you and your partner can start making to help conceive that little boy or girl you've always hoped for.
The baby boy diet 
Eat potassium-rich foods such as bananas, coconut juice, red meat, apples, potatoes, celery, tomatoes, white beans, dried apricots, salmon, cod, acorn squash, mushrooms, avocado, lima beans and broccoli.
Snack on salty foods such as: chips, pretzels, olives, and popcorn.
Stay away from sweets and foods rich in calcium and magnesium.
Other tricks that have can help you conceive a boy:
  • Drink a little caffeine daily (when preparing someone for pregnancy, normally I say to avoid caffeine as it can hurt your fertility, but when trying for a boy, a little caffeine can help) 
  • Have your man drink a shot of coffee, espresso, or a caffeinated soda 15 to 30 minutes before sex to super-charge his sperm for faster swimming. 
  • Know your cycle and have sex when ovulation is at its peak. 
  • Best sex positions for conceiving a boy are from behind (doggie style or standing). Woman should have an orgasm! 
  • Have your man wear boxers and avoid hot tubs and bike riding. 
  • Also he should avoid ejaculating for 4 to 5 days prior to when you ovulate and try for baby.
The baby girl diet 
   Eat sweets and foods high in calcium and magnesium such as: whole dairy yogurt, whole milk, cottage cheese, eggs, flaxseeds, figs, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, oranges, orange juice, low-sodium cheese, almonds, sesame seeds, spinach, kale, halibut, chicken, turkey, tofu, soy beans (no added salt), oatmeal, berries, brazil nuts, black beans, and turnip greens.
Snack on chocolate.
Stay away from salt and potassium-rich foods.
Some other tricks that have can help you conceive a girl:
  • Avoid caffeine 
  • Know your cycle and when you ovulate. You want to have sex 2 to 3 days before ovulation is at its peak.
  • Best position for conceiving a girl is missionary, in which the woman is on the bottom and the man on top. 
  • Now for the not so fun part … Have shallow penetration during sex and the woman should not have an orgasm.

      NCHI inaliwa usiku na mchana. Unajua kwanini? Achilia mbali tamaa binafsi zilizojaa katika mioyo yetu, lakini asilimia kubwa ya Watanzania hatuitazami nchi yetu katika jicho la uzalendo.

Huyu anashirikiana na mzungu kuingia mkataba duni wa Madini, yule anashirikiana na mgeni kuingia porini kuua Tembo na kutoweka na meno yao. Matokeo yake barabara nzuri za Lami zinajengwa Ulaya, vijijini kwetu tunaachiwa mashimo.
      Kwetu sisi, mtu akipata kazi TRA tunamwambia ‘Kazi kwako, ushindwe mwenyewe kujenga sasa’. Hii ndio Tanzania kadri niijuavyo. Mtu hana habari kwamba huyo mtu anayemshawishi kujenga ndiye mwenye mamlaka ya kusimamia kodi zetu.
Uzalendo ni neno gumu kwa Mtanzania. Hata katika michezo ni hivyo hivyo. Mwaka 2006, mgeni mmoja alisafiri kilomita 8945 kutoka Rio de Janiero mpaka Dar es salaam kwa ajili ya kuwafundisha Watanzania jinsi ya kuipenda timu yao ya taifa.
     Ni Marcio Maximo. Mbrazil huyu alisafiri kutoka kwao kuja kutuelekeza jinsi ya kuvaa jezi za Taifa Stars, jinsi ya kuvaa skafu, jinsi ya kushangilia wachezaji wetu uwanjani. Aibu iliyoje! Mpaka leo Watanzania wanakiri hili hadharani. Kwanini tulishindwa kulitambua hili kabla hajafika?
     Wakenya wana matatizo yao. Lakini nje ya matatizo yao, Mkenya akimuona mwenzake, basi anajihisi kama anajitazama mwenyewe. Ni kama ilivyo kwa Waingereza, Wacongo, Wamarekani, Wanigeria na wengineo. 
Wanamuziki wa DR Congo kazi yao kubwa ni kusifia watu wao. Nyakati Fulani nilikuwa nasikiliza nyimbo zao na muda mwingi walipenda kumtaja Dikembe Mutombo. Staa wa zamani wa Kikapu wa NBA aliyezaliwa Kinshasa.
Umewahi kumsikia Mwanamuziki wa Tanzania ameimba wimbo na kumtaja Hasheem Thabeet? Katika ubora wake wa sasa hivi, umewahi kufikiria Diamond Platinum anamtaja Hasheem katika wimbo wake walau mmoja?
Lakini pia umewahi kufikiria katika mahojiano yoyote ambayo Hasheem anaweza kufanya na CNN au kituo chochote cha Televisheni duniani anaweza kusema anavutiwa na nyimbo za Diamond au Juma Nature ambaye alikuwa akimpenda sana wakati yupo shuleni Makongo? Hapana.
     Sehemu ya ndani ya mioyo yetu haitutumi kujipenda. Inatutuma kuwapenda zaidi wengine. Kama Hasheem Thabeet angekuwa Mkenya, Watanzania tungemfuatilia kwa umakini zaidi.
Na ndio maana kwa kufuta ujinga huu, nilianza kwenda Lubumbashi kwanza kueleza jinsi Mbwana Samatta anavyoishi kifahari nchini humo, kabla ya kwenda Italia kueleza jinsi McDonald Mariga anavyoishi. Tanzania kwanza, Afrika Mashariki na dunia baadae!
      Mara kadhaa katika mahojiano yake na vyombo vya habari, Obi Mikel huwa anasema anavutiwa na wanamuziki ndugu wa kundi la P Square. Na wanamuziki hawa wakihojiwa kuhusu wanasoka wanaowapenda huwa wanaanza na Obi Mikel. Wote ni Wanigeria hawa. Kwao, maisha yanaanzia nyumbani!
Carlos Tevez akifunga bao huwa anaonyesha fulana yake ya ndani iliyoandikwa jina la Fuerte Apache. Hiki ndio kitongoji alichotoka pale Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lakini umewahi kufikiria kwamba siku moja Samatta atavua jezi yake na kutuonyesha fulana iliyoandikwa Mbagala, eneo alillokulia?
      Hawezi kufanya hivi. Hajafundishwa uzalendo. Na wakati mwingine unajiuliza, kwanini umlaumu wakati hata nyumbani kwake pale Lubumbashi sebuleni hakuna bendera ya Tanzania? Watu wanaochota pesa Serikalini kwa madai ya kuitangaza Tanzania wamewahi kuwasiliana naye?
Majuzi kulikuwa na picha imeenea katika mitando mbalimbali ya kijamii ikimuonyesha Robin van Persie na Hasheem Thabeet wakiwa wamepiga picha jijini London. Ni Van Persie mwenyewe ndiye aliyekuwa ameituma picha hiyo katika mitandao.
      Cha ajabu, kuna baadhi ya Watanzania walianza kuhisi kwamba picha hiyo ilikuwa imetengenezwa tu kiubunifu na watu wa mitandaoni. Aibu iliyoje! Kuna ajabu gani mwanasoka nyota wa Ligi Kuu ya England akapiga picha na mchezaji kikapu wa NBA. Au kwa sababu mcheza kikapu huyo ni Mtanzania? Kujidharau kulikopitiliza.
Wakati Francis Cheka alipompiga bondia wa Marekani, Phill Williams Agosti mwaka huu, mashabiki wakaanza kukejeli kwamba Cheka alikuwa amempiga Kinyozi tu kutoka Marekani. Ni kweli kwamba Williams anamiliki Saluni nchini Marekani. Lakini si hata Cheka anaokota chupa za maji pale Morogoro? Wote ni mabondia wa kulipwa lakini wana shughuli zao nje ya ulingo wa ngumi.

    There are many ways to classify a genius. But if you look at the historical figures whom most people would consider geniuses, such as Albert Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Beethoven, you can see one thing they all share in common: they were all able to think in a way different from the mainstream, and thus made connections that no one else did. Based on that pattern, this article will address some of the ways you can think like a genius.

    Love learning. Geniuses are passionate about the things they do. If you want to think like a genius, find what you love and dive in headfirst.



    • Figure out what your learning style is and make use of it. The major types are auditory, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic and kinesthetic. Experiment with different techniques for absorbing information and stick with what works best.
    • Learn how to self-educate. There are lots of resources available on the internet and through local services like community colleges and libraries that can put all sorts of exciting information at your fingertips.
    • Be pro-active and ask questions. There are people you meet every day that know all sorts of things and have all sorts of valuable skills to share. As a genius, be interested in the potential in everything.
    • Be over-comprehensive in your studies. Learn everything there is to know.
    • As you learn about different disciplines, think about how they connect to one another.

    Start ambitious projects and see them through from start to finish. Genius ideas have often occurred in the pursuit of something that many contemporaries thought to be downright crazy. Create opportunities for yourself to discover new things by embarking on journeys no one has embarked on yet.

     

    Embrace change, uncertainty, and doubt. It is on these edges of knowledge that innovation and discovery happen. Don't be afraid to question conventional wisdom; geniuses are the ones who rewrite those conventions.

LEARN: How Brain Training Can Make You Significantly Smarter In Your Life..

   
  As many people hit middle age, they often start to notice that their memory and mental clarity are not what they used to be.  We suddenly can't remember where we put the keys just a moment ago, or an old acquaintance's name, or the name of an old band we used to love.  As the brain fades, we euphemistically refer to these occurrences as "senior moments."
     While seemingly innocent, this loss of mental focus can potentially have a detrimental impact on our professional, social, and personal well-being.
It happens to most of us, but is it inevitable? 
      Neuroscientists are increasingly showing that there's actually a lot that can be done.  It turns that the brain needs exercise in much the same way our muscles do, and the right mental workouts can significantly improve our basic cognitive functions.  Thinking is essentially a process of making neural connections in the brain.  To a certain extent, our ability to excel in making the neural connections that drive intelligence is inherited.  However, because these connections are made through effort and practice, scientists believe that intelligence can expand and fluctuate according to mental effort.
     Now, a new San Francisco Web-based company has taken it a step further and developed the first "brain training program" designed to actually help people improve and regain their mental sharpness.  Called Lumosity, it was designed by some of the leading experts in neuroscience and cognitive psychology from Stanford University.
      Lumosity, is far more than an online place to exercise your mental skills.  That's because they have integrated these exercises into a Web-based program that allows you to systematically improve your memory and attention skills.  The program keeps track of your progress and provides detailed feedback on your performance and improvement.  Most importantly, it constantly modifies and enhances the games you play to build on the strengths you are developing--much like an effective exercise routine requires you to increase resistance and vary your muscle use.
Does it work?
       Apparently it does. In randomized, controlled clinical trials, Lumosity was shown to significantly improve basic cognitive functions. One study showed students improved their scores on math tests by 34 percent after using Lumosity for six weeks, significantly greater gains than those made by other students in the same class, who were not training with the Lumosity program.

Making lifestyle changes that last and change your life..


You’re once again feeling motivated to eat better, exercise more, drink less caffeine or make any number of the positive lifestyle changes you’ve been telling yourself you want to make. You’ve tried before — probably declaring another attempt as a New Year’s resolution — but without feeling much success. Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when you want to transform many things at once. This time, think of it not as a resolution but as an evolution.

Lifestyle changes are a process that take time and require support. Once you’re ready to make a change, the difficult part is committing and following through. So do your research and make a plan that will prepare you for success. Careful planning means setting small goals and taking things one step at a time.
Here are five tips from the American Psychological Association to help you make lasting, positive lifestyle and behavior changes:
Make a plan that will stick. Your plan is a map that will guide you on this journey of change. You can even think of it as an adventure. When making your plan, be specific. Want to exercise more? Detail the time of day when you can take walks and how long you’ll walk. Write everything down, and ask yourself if you’re confident that these activities and goals are realistic for you. If not, start with smaller steps. Post your plan where you’ll most often see it as a reminder.

Start small. After you’ve identified realistic short-term and long-term goals, break down your goals into small, manageable steps that are specifi cally defi ned and can be measured. Is your long-term goal to lose 20 pounds within the next five months? A good weekly goal would be to lose one pound a week. If you would like to eat healthier, consider as a goal for the week replacing dessert with a healthier option, like fruit or yogurt. At the end of the week, you’ll feel successful knowing you met your goal.
Change one behavior at a time. Unhealthy behaviors develop over the course of time, so replacing unhealthy behaviors with healthy ones requires time. Many people run into problems when they try to change too much too fast. To improve your success, focus on one goal or change at a time. As new healthy behaviors become a habit, try to add another goal that works toward the overall change you’re striving for.
Involve a buddy. Whether it be a friend, co-worker or family member, someone else on your journey will keep you motivated and accountable. Perhaps it can be someone who will go to the gym with you or someone who is also trying to stop smoking. Talk about what you are doing. Consider joining a support group. Having someone with whom to share your struggles and successes makes the work easier and the mission less intimidating.

Ask for support. Accepting help from those who care about you and will listen strengthens your resilience and commitment. If you feel overwhelmed or unable to meet your goals on your own, consider seeking help from a psychologist. Psychologists are uniquely trained to understand the connection between the mind and body, as well as the factors that promote behavior change. Asking for help doesn’t mean a lifetime of therapy; even just a few sessions can help you examine and set attainable goals or address the emotional issues that may be getting in your way.

Making the changes that you want takes time and commitment, but you can do it. Just remember that no one is perfect. You will have occasional lapses. Be kind to yourself. When you eat a brownie or skip the gym, don’t give up. Minor missteps on the road to your goals are normal and okay. Resolve to recover and get back on track.
